첫 번째 곡 "가슴이 시린 게"는 잔잔한 클라리넷의 선율과, 아름다운 화려한 스트링라인의 편곡이 돋보이는 곡으로, 자신을 봐주지 않는 사람을 몰래 사랑하면서도 그녀가 사랑하는 사람이 자신이 되길 바라는 남자의 애절한 마음을 담고 있으며, 에이트와 옴므로 가창력을 검증 받은 이현이 가슴이 시린 남자의 마음을 애틋한 보이스로 담은 곡이다. 두 번째 곡 "You are everywhere"는 박세준 음악감독의 곡을 Big baby driver가 가창과 가사에 직접 참여하여, 차분한 피아노의 선율과 편안한 보컬의 보이스가 조화가 이루어진 곡이다. 세 번째 곡 "Spring I Love You Best"는 단순한 클래식 기타의 움직임에, 편안한 보이스의 조화로, 나른한 봄날을 느끼게 해주는 곡으로, 원래 Big baby driver의 앨범에 수록된 곡이지만, 이 드라마 의 이수와 도진의 서로 다른 짝사랑의 테마를 너무도 잘 표현해 주기에, 보정하여 리메이크 한 곡이다.
